For official ticket purchases, refunds or card charging issues, you must contact Bangladesh Railway directly. Below are the customer service numbers for major payment methods:

Report Identity Issues

If someone has used your mobile number to register on the official portal with another person’s NID, you can reclaim your account. Send an email to support@eticket.railway.gov.bd with these documents attached:

  1. Scanned copy of SIM ownership document
  2. Scanned copy of NID card

Refund and Cancellation Guidance

For official refunds through the e‑ticket portal:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to Purchase History
  3. Select the ticket and request a refund online

If your ticket has already been printed from a station counter, it can only be refunded at the station counter before departure.

For counter refund:

  1. Visit your departure station and contact the refund counter
